From emergency medicine to women's health-- we train healthcare workers to provide the best care everywhere

We provide professional development opportunities for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare workers in low-resource countries who have limited access to the latest research, techniques, or experienced mentors. We train surgeons and nurses in Haiti, Malawi, and Liberia to treat women suffering from obstetrical trauma and fistula; we lead workshops in Rwanda and Haiti to help local staff treat patients in emergency settings. We lecture and train healthcare workers in women's health emergencies in Haiti.  We also support future healthcare providers by providing a scholarship for their medical education to those committed to serving their underserved communities.

The knowledge and skills we impart go on to heal many more.
